Windows 10 is the upcoming version from Microsoft for its renowned OS that went through a up and down graph like when windows 7 was released it made windows an OS that everyone wanted to have in their system and then came windows 8 that ruined everything windows start menu was removed that was the ugliest part and few more problems were there and then it was turn for microsoft to get something that going to change everything like windows 9 but certainly the new OS is going to be Windows 10, well you can read this extremetech blog post that defines why the new windows is called windows 10 and not windows 9.

These are the direct download links, so after you download them you need to burn them to DVD so that you can install them easily onto your system. And yes for any other language .ISO files you can refer to their official website.
Windows 10 System Requirements

So now you can use the default DVD Burning option you have in Windows 7, so just double click on the .ISO file you download from above and then choose the blank DVD that you might have inserted and then let it burn.
After that installation process is similar to Windows 7 so that might not be a problem for you, just install Windows 8 and follow the instructions. When it asks for serial key, just enter the above key, its official key for this technical preview version.
